The scheduling catch: HOSU DOSAN, the one salon whose bundle price can be checked against its own standalone cut, is closed Monday and Tuesday.
The short answer on bundles
- Cheapest head spa with a published price — 44,000 KRW at Gungseochae Seolleung Station — 45% below the next cheapest, HOSU DOSAN at 80,000 KRW.
- The one salon where you can price the add-on cleanly — HOSU DOSAN, which lists the spa alone at 80,000 KRW and with a cut at 140,000 KRW. The cut adds 60,000 KRW.

Why the bundle is the interesting number
Because it is the one part of this category where the published prices let you calculate something.
Head spa prices on their own are hard to compare. A 15-step treatment and a 60-minute treatment are described in different units, and a salon that charges 180,000 KRW is not obviously offering twice what a salon charging 80,000 KRW offers. You are comparing labels.
Bundles are different. When the same salon publishes both the spa alone and the spa plus a cut, the difference between the two is a real number: what that salon charges to add a haircut. That is directly comparable to what a haircut costs anywhere else, and it is the number that tells you whether the bundle is doing you a favour.

On the review counts: these are the exact figures held in the platform’s listing data, and they attach to the salon rather than to the individual treatment — which is why all three HOSU DOSAN rows show the same 233. The website displays them rounded into bands.
What the add-on actually costs
Two salons sell bundles. They behave completely differently.
HOSU DOSAN, Gangnam — the only salon on this list publishing a standalone spa alongside its bundles, so the arithmetic works.
Head Spa 80,000 KRW
Head Spa & Cut 140,000 KRW → the cut adds 60,000
Head Spa & Make-up 200,000 KRW → the makeup adds 120,000The makeup add-on costs exactly twice what the cut add-on costs.
And this salon also publishes its cuts separately, so the bundle can be checked rather than guessed at.

Book the spa before the cut, not after
If you are booking the two separately rather than as a bundle, the order matters.
A head spa involves washing, scalp treatment and conditioning. Your hair comes out wet and clean — which is exactly the state a stylist wants it in to cut. Book the cut first and you get a cut on dry styled hair, then a head spa that washes the styling out, and you have paid for a finish you did not keep.

2. Are you comparing steps or minutes? Salons describe the same category in different units — 15-step and 18-step at one, 60min and 90min at another. These are not convertible, so compare within a salon rather than across.
3. How much does the review base matter to you? Every listing here now carries a rating. The smallest bases are Gungseochae at 14 and Parkjun BeautyLAB at 98; the largest are CELLPA at 302, Juno SEOUL at 248 and HOSU DOSAN at 233. That reflects listing age more than anything else.

- The scope of this guide. We checked one booking platform, K-Beauty Station, on 12 August 2026, captured 487 of the 533 listings it reported, and rechecked every listing on this page on 4 September 2026. Seoul has many head spa salons not listed there, and other platforms carry their own. This is not every head spa in Seoul; it is every one we found on that platform.
- What the standalone head spa costs at JUNG SAEM MOOL. No spa-only listing appears, so we cannot isolate what its cut or makeup add-on is worth. The 3,000 KRW gap between its two bundles is a comparison between bundles, not add-ons, and the ~275,000 KRW figure we derive by subtracting its standalone cut is an inference we could not confirm.
- Whether the treatments in a bundle are the same as the standalone versions. HOSU DOSAN’s “Head Spa” and the head spa inside “Head Spa & Cut” share a name; we did not confirm they are the same length or the same protocol.
- How long each treatment runs. Three listings state minutes and three state step counts, with Juno SEOUL’s Signature the only one stating both; the rest state neither.
- Which language the appointment runs in. The listings are bookable in English. None states who will be in the room, which matters more for a haircut than for a scalp treatment.
- Whether the cut is with a senior stylist. Korean salons commonly price by stylist level. None of these listings says which level the bundled cut uses.
